Satama Hotel - Cap-Haitien

our room had no hot water! ! but the food was AMAZING! the staff were very friendly, and the infinity pool offered breathtaking views! breakfast was fresh and filling every morning.

We really enjoyed spotlessly clean rooms and good food.

Property was modern and safe, we truly enjoyed this place.

They provided a great selection of outstanding choices for breakfast that was included. When we arrived, our Wheelchair Accessible room with an outside balcony and queen bed, as example was ready. The staff was best plus the location was nice and ideal.

The venue was safe and beautiful, I really enjoyed the location next to the town center and night life, the mountain, and the private island that's offered, and sea views. Food was fab and I stayed in the double room, it was impressive. The hotel's location was amazing and good on top of a hill. It was good to be 1 km away from Tim Hortons, serving short-orders.

Family with children will love it

The place was beautiful and the staff was friendly enough to accommodate us with extra towels for the pool. We were there for 3 nights and each morning we enjoyed a really good breakfast with fresh fruits and local dishes, really set a nice tone for the day.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but still acceptable for a family trip like this.

Had an very nice stay! The food was good, especially the Mac & cheese, and the stunning views over Cap Haitian were a highlight. I enjoyed relaxing by the spacious pool, despite it needing a bit more cleanliness.

The views of Cap-Haitien from the infinity pool and my Queen Room were amazing. Had a lovely experience with the daily cleaning service and the restaurant served delicious breakfast including fresh fruit and pastries. There's reliable wifi throughout. The spa facilities added a nice touch to relax after exploring.

The views from my room were fine, overlooking the sparkling bay and vibrant city below. My mornings began with a good breakfast with a mix of Haitian flavors, and every bite was better than the last! I can't get over how the staff treated us like family.
